What do I need to join?
A parent or legal guardian must sign and return the following at either a registration event or the first day of practice.

a. Front and back copies of the participant’s insurance card are needed for the medical release form.
5. Nondisclosure Agreement
6. Photo Release
7. Skater's Code of Conduct

Dues
Annual dues of $80 and are required at time of registration. They may be paid cash, check, charge or PayPal.
1. Checks may be made payable to "Fargo Moorhead Junior Roller Derby".
2. Cash or charge must be paid in person at Registration events.
3. Paypal may be paid clicking THIS link. Include a note adding the skater's name.
Gear
All participants are responsible for bringing their own gear, storage of the gear, and maintaining the gear in good repair.
Participants will not be allowed to skate if they do not have ALL of the gear.
1. Roller derby or hockey-approved Helmet
2. Mouthguard
3. Elbow pads
4. Wrist guards
5. Knee pads
6. Quad roller skates (rollerblades are not allowed)
